Ravangla is a small town between Gangtok and Pelling. This place was not in my itinerary but our driver Sonam insisted that the Buddha park a Ravangla is a nice place to visit. It is also locally known as “Tathagata Tsal”.
The main attraction is the statue of big Buddha in the park. The views around the park is also good. The entrance fees to the park is Rs 150 for adults. It is free for kids. The park also has a vegetarian restaurant and also a lodge.
